It's been a big year for Rainbow Chan. She's released her debut EP Long Vacation to critical acclaim, funded a successful kickstarter, toured Australia & New Zealand, and blown everyone away at Bigsound.

Now, as a final hurrah, we are set to release a string of remixes from Long Vacation, beginning with Haircut, as reinterpreted here by Nick Zinner of NYC's legendary indie rock band, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

Nick's rework takes Haircut's original melodic strength, and adds a lively percussion and energy to the track. The track borders on tropical, with Rainbow's vocal supported by flutes, metallic percussion, and samba-esque rhythmic patterns.
